Healthy and Delicious Watermelon Smoothie


Watermelon Smoothie is a cool, refreshing drink to quench the thirst on a hot summer day. The best comfort food for this weather. From some days I was thinking of trying a smoothie recipe. So finally I did this today. It is a power packed healthy drink made with watermelon and banana. This recipe is so easy and delicious, I am totally in love with it. It is just perfect for an instant, healthy energy boost to get you through the day.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 500 grams watermelon
  • 1 medium-size banana
  • 1/2 cup chilled curd
  • 2 tablespoons honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Cut the red flesh part separate from the rind of the watermelon. Slice into small pieces. Remove the seeds and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. 
  • Now put all the above ingredients together and grind to a smooth paste. No need to add extra water.
  • Serve immediately!
